Yes. As long as there is space you can take a ticket at the barrier. Live occupancy is shown on the car parks page; we recommend booking Levent and Ataşehir on weekday mornings.

The first 15 minutes are free. After that the first-hour rate and each started hour apply, never exceeding the daily cap per 24 hours. Night stays use the night rate. All prices are samples.

The barrier reads your plate; if not, scan the QR code in your e-mail. Your bay number is on the confirmation and in the SMS. You can enter up to 2 hours early.

When you hand over your car you receive a digital ticket code and PIN by SMS. A few minutes before leaving, tap “Get my car” on the ticket page and follow the estimate and status (requested, on the way, at the door) live.

Every valet point has a locked, numbered key cabinet. Your key’s slot is recorded on your ticket; only the valet supervisor and the assigned valet can open it, and every opening is logged.

At handover we photograph all four corners and record mileage and fuel; existing marks are noted. If we cause damage, a signed incident report with photos is issued and our liability insurer is notified. (Sample policy.)

Share the number of points, opening hours and expected traffic. After a site visit we prepare a proposal with staffing, key cabinets, insurance and monthly reporting. The service is provided under a regulation-compliant contract.

Because your return flight number is on the booking, we follow the landing time; if delayed we bring the car to the door for the new time at no extra charge. (Demo: not connected to real flight data.)

At Istanbul Airport: departures level, door 14. At Sabiha Gökçen: international departures, door 3 — the Darvale meeting point. Your valet calls you 30 minutes before.

Season tickets are plate-based; up to two plates per ticket. The barrier reads your plate so you pass without a ticket. Levent level -3 and Ataşehir block B2-C are reserved for season holders. Renewal is monthly on the same day.
